Q: How do i place an order or get a quote

A: There are three ways to contact us: 1. Give us a call at 512-389-9969 during business hours (M-F 9 AM - 6 PM) 2. Fill out the questionnaire under the “CONTACT” tab and send it to us over the web. 3. Email us directly with your request at alistembroidery@gmail.com

Q: What information is needed to place an embroidery order or for an accurate quote?

A: Please let us know what item or items you would like embroidered. How many? What do you want embroidered on these items? Is it a logo or text or both?

If you have an art file of the design or logo, please send us what you have, preferably in PDF or JPEG format. If you are requesting text, please pick a font or describe the font and we’ll help you find the one that will look best. Will the colors be the same as they are in the picture or do you want to change it?

We need to know where you would like the logo or text placed on the item and what size it will be.

Will you be providing your own items or do you want us to order for you?
